Terms of Service and Legal Disclaimer for $BOBS (The "Protocol")

1. Nature of the Token and Character

$BOBS is a digital asset on the Solana blockchain, strictly classified as a "Meme Coin" with no intrinsic value, no expectation of financial return, and no formal utility. "Bob" is an autonomous Artificial Intelligence (AI) persona created solely for community engagement, entertainment, and experimental purposes.

2. AI Content and Liability Limitation

All opinions, statements, predictions, and interactions generated by the AI persona "Bob" are algorithmically produced.

• Not Human Representation: Bob’s outputs do NOT reflect the personal opinions, views, or promises of the human developers or the project’s contributors.
• Not Financial Advice: No content generated by the AI should be interpreted as financial, legal, investment, or tax advice. Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence (DYOR).

3. Loyalty System and Discretionary Rewards

The "Hodling Score" ranking and any subsequent "Airdrops" are non-contractual, discretionary community incentives.

• No Obligation to Pay: The development team reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the scoring logic, exclusion lists, or token distributions at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
• System Integrity: The team reserves the right to disqualify or blacklist wallets identified as exchanges, bots, marketing reserves, or those attempting to manipulate the "streak" or snapshot system.

4. Assumption of Risk

The cryptocurrency market is highly volatile and speculative. By interacting with $BOBS, you acknowledge and accept:

• The risk of 100% loss of the capital used to acquire $BOBS.
• That software (Smart Contracts, AI, Ranking Website) is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind.

5. Binding Agreement

By accessing this website, searching the ranking, or holding $BOBS tokens, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all interaction with the protocol and its assets.

6. AI CHARACTER, SATIRE, AND NON-RELIANCE

Users expressly agree and acknowledge that the AI persona known as "Bob" is a fictional entity and a digital character. Any statements, "calls to action," insults towards "jeeters," or hype regarding the $BOBS token are part of a satirical, scripted-style narrative designed for community engagement and entertainment. Under no circumstances shall any content generated by Bob be taken seriously or considered a factual representation or professional recommendation. Neither the developers nor the project shall be held liable for any actions taken by users based on the AI’s satirical and entertainment-focused output.
